Manufactured Landscapes (2006) follows photographer Edward Burtynsky traves the world observing changes in landscapes due to industrial work and manufacturing. reminiscent of the larger body of work by photographer Michael Wolf, whom I blogged about earlier this month.
Visual Acoustics (2008) celebrates the life and career of famed architectural photographer Julius Shulman whose images brought modern architecture into the American mainstream by bringing iconic structures to the attention of the general public. Schulman captured the work of early modern and progressive architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner and Frank Gehry.
