Fashion/Design/Multimedia: SHOWstudio - Karlie Kloss in "Fuck Me"

Karlie "the new body" Kloss stars in a short film by SHOWstudio aptly named "Fuck Me". The short launches SHOWstudio’s ‘Selling Sex’ exhibition, whereby a new video, performance or multi-media work will be released each week until June. ‘Selling Sex’ is concerned with fashion fetish, and invites women from the fashion industry – who creatively interpret the topic. In Fuck Me, nineteen-year-old Karlie plays a whip-wielding dominatrix. The film’s director, Ruth Hogben, explains that “it explores a woman’s different facets and how she can choose to be a different character on a whim. Her fetish is herself.”

Music: Drake - Good Ones Go(Interlude)

Don't you go getting married, don't you go get engaged
I know you're getting older, don't have no time to waste
I shouldn't be much longer but you shouldn't have to wait
Can't lose you, can't help it, I'm so sorry, I'm so selfish...

Music/Fashion: Kanye West - Flashing Lights

Alright, I know this is nothing new but still noteworthy. I watched this video for the first time 4 years ago and it's still one of the most visually captivating videos I've ever seen. Never gets old watching a woman move like that.

Music: Bright Eyes - Lover I Don't Have To Love

Musings/Inspiration: Charles Bukowski's "The Laughing Heart" in Levi's "Go Forth"

Levi's advert voiced over by Charles Bukowski's "The Laughing Heart". Guilty! Any self-loathing hipster's secret favourite advert.

Music: Yuna - Come As You Are

Musings: Eric Jerome Dickey - "Pleasure"

"Too bad people didn’t fall in love at the same pace, at the same time, for the same reasons, and too bad those emotions didn’t move simultaneously. But each act of madness moved at its own pace, one not dependent on the pace of anyone else. It wasn’t like tandem skydiving, where you were connected as you fell, where you were forced to fall at the same rate and use the same parachute. Falling in love was a solo act. I knew that, had learned that the hard way. You just jumped and hoped your parachute opened. Sometimes you looked up and saw you were falling by yourself, the object of your desire still on the plane, not interested in jumping, watching you descend into that scary place alone."
